Shiva Interior provides professional services related to design, planning, execution, fabrication, installation, and project coordination, including but not limited to:

- Turnkey Interior Projects
- Construction Projects
- Hospital Interior Designing
- Clinic Interior Designing
- Lab Interior Designing
- MRI Room Interiors
- College and School Furnitures
- Liners Laminate Doors
- CNC Machine Wood Design Projects
- New Elevator Installation Services
- Furniture & Fabrication Services
- Project Coordination & Integration Services
Because many of our services involve custom planning, material procurement, design work, labor scheduling, fabrication, and project execution, refund and cancellation requests are handled based on the stage and scope of work.
Cancellation of Inquiry or Consultation
If you contact us only for:
- General inquiry
- Initial discussion
- Basic consultation
- Project requirement understanding
and no paid service, booking, or confirmed project agreement has been initiated, there is no cancellation fee.
Cancellation After Project Confirmation
Once a project or service has been confirmed through:
- Written approval
- Quotation acceptance
- Advance payment
- Work order
- Project agreement
- Material approval
- Execution confirmation
the project is considered officially booked.
In such cases:
Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the amount of work already completed, planning done, material ordered, vendor commitments, labor scheduling, and administrative effort involved.
Non-Refundable Items / Services
The following are generally non-refundable, either fully or partially, depending on project stage:
- Site visits already completed
- Consultation fees
- Design fees / concept fees
- 2D / 3D design work
- Drawings / layout preparation
- Project planning charges
- Custom fabrication work
- Material procurement already initiated
- Vendor booking / subcontractor scheduling
- Site mobilization expenses
- Transportation or logistics charges already incurred
- Technical survey / inspection charges
- Administrative or coordination charges already utilized
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in cases where:
- Payment was made in excess by mistake
- Work has not yet started and no planning/procurement has been initiated
- A cancellation request is made at an early stage before significant work begins
- The Company determines that a refund is appropriate based on project status
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Adjustment against another service
- Subject to deduction of work already completed and actual expenses incurred
Client-Initiated Project Cancellation
If the client cancels a confirmed project after work has started, Shiva Interior reserves the right to deduct charges for:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date
- Design, planning, or consultation already delivered
- Materials ordered or purchased
- Labor / contractor / technician commitments
- Fabrication already in progress
- Site visits or technical support already provided
- Operational, administrative, and coordination costs
Any remaining amount, if applicable, may be refunded after evaluation.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
In rare circumstances, Shiva Interior may cancel or discontinue a service or project due to reasons such as:
- Unavailability of required site conditions
- Misrepresentation of project scope
- Safety concerns
- Regulatory / approval issues
- Non-cooperation
- Repeated payment default
- Force majeure or circumstances beyond control
In such cases, any refund, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the actual work completed and costs already incurred.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7 to 21 business days, depending on:
- Payment method used
- Internal review and approval
- Banking / transaction processing timelines
Refunds, where applicable, will typically be issued through the original mode of payment or another mutually agreed method.
No Guarantee of Refund on Customized Work
Because many of our services involve customized project execution, including:
- Customized interiors
- Made-to-order furniture
- Fabrication
- CNC work
- Construction-related services
- Installation-based work
- Technical service planning
refunds may not be available once custom work has begun or resources have been allocated.
Changes in Scope Are Not Treated as Cancellation
If a client changes:
- Design requirements
- Materials
- Layout
- Execution scope
- Service type
- Delivery timeline
this may be treated as a scope modification rather than a cancellation.
Any revised commercial impact will be communicated separately.
No Refund for Delay Caused by External Factors
Refund requests will generally not be accepted for delays caused by circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:
- Site unavailability
- Client-side approval delays
- Material supply issues
- Vendor delays
- Building or authority approvals
- Weather conditions
- Technical constraints
- Third-party dependency
- Force majeure situations
